I read the reviews for this product prior to purchase, so I definitely ordered a size larger as recommended. I love the fact that these aren't the sliding shorts that were around when I was a kid (super long and unattractive) but these shorts are almost too short? Kind of defeats the purpose of protection when sliding, but I also have bigger thighs so they would most likely fit someone with a leaner build.I love the fit of these shorts. However, beware that the shorts will slide up if you're not wearing pants with them. I still managed to rip my leg open sliding. Comfortable and good fit though.Nice shorts but don't bleach them the padding turns yellow I bought two pairs so its all good there still wearableMizuno sliders are the best fit with the right amount of padding for fastpitch. I have received some other brands that just as well have sewn a dish rag or towel to each hip. Those are not worn to say the least. But the Mizunos are my favorites and have worn since playing 10u and now playing HS and 18s.Product does run a little small, they are def strechy. I do like that they are storter so they look nicer under shortsI was thrilled to find these at such a great price. My daughter's uniform consists of white pants and I purchased these for her to wear underneath. They fit great, are comfortable for her to wear during her games and don't get too hot.I bought these for my teenage daughter who plays high school soccer. They fit true to size. The padding is very helpful when she ends up on the ground during the game. She says it really lessens the impact.They fit my daughter as expected
