No question about it. BeautiFeel makes the most comfortable, best quality shoes I've ever owned. Bar none. And I have some pricey brands. None come close to BeautiFeel.These boots are beautiful, really beautiful.I wear a 38N and I have a high instep. Thought I'd be safe ordering a 38M, but no, the instep presented a problem. The boots also seemed N to me, not M as it clearly stated. Couldn't get a boot on without using a shoe horn. That doesn't bode well for heavy-duty walking, so I had to return the boots.I'm still determined to have these gorgeous boots, so I'll make a trip to a local store. I much prefer doing my shopping at Amazon, but I don't relish the prospect of a few orders/returns even though Amazon makes returns incredibly easy.It's not the boots' fault I had to return them, it's because of my high arch and instep. Fitting anything over my instep can be tricky business.When I find the boots that work, I'll post it in an update here. It may help others with my foot problem and who share a preference for shopping here.Update, 5/19/15: Here I am, 6+ months later, still lusting for these boots. Not available locally and I haven't found them in my travels either. I swear BeautiFeel must have only made two or three pair. Either that, or they're the most popular boots on the planet! Now I'd believe the latter. I held them in my hands and they were gorgeous. Just gorgeous. I wish you better success:)
